My style is modern, high-energy, staying right on top of your run sheet without relying on robotic scripts which feels more like an engaging live broadcast host than a rigid clipboard reader. Sound equipment and microphones are usually provided by your venue, DJ, or band. I will touch base with them prior to the reception by arriving early and to do a full audio and mic check to make sure all the audio is crisp and clear.
